Creamy Mushroom Soup with White Pepper
Ingredients
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions
Cook mushrooms in butter until soft. Add cream and simmer gently. Season with white pepper and salt. Serve warm with bread.
